Sledging under the moon

Experience sledging in a different way: For all those who can't get enough of winter sports, the cable car runs even longer on some days! On the 31.01.2026 and 28.02.2026  the cable car also runs from 17.30 to 19.30, and the huts are also open for you.

Dinner at the huts is only available for guests with a reservation!

Rent sledges

Rent a sledge at the Reinswald ski rental: it's perfect for a winter adventure! At the Reinswald ski rental, visitors can rent high-quality sledges for a thrilling ride through the snow-covered landscape. Whether for a relaxing sledge tour or an exciting race – everyone will find the perfect sledge for unforgettable experiences in the snow. The ski rental is located near the valley station of the Reinswald ski area, making it the ideal starting point for your sledging adventure.

Good to know

Necessary equipment: helmet, boots with suitable soles (waterproof if possible), gloves, ski mask or goggles.

Not permitted: sledging with ski boots, using bob sledges and paddles on the slope

The helmet requirement for minors, which has been in place since 2021, has been extended: effective immediately, i.e., at the start of the 2025-26 winter season, all people participating in sledding, skiing, ski touring, snowboarding, etc. in the ski area are required to wear a helmet. Violations may result in an administrative fine of €100 to €150 and a ban on access to the facilities for one to three days.
